Communication & Mass Media Complete B Z

This database offers full text and cover-to-cover indexing and abstracts for journals on communication, mass media, linguistics, sociolinguistics, communication theory, language, organizational communication, and other closely related fields of study. Many major journals have indexing, abstracts, PDFs, and searchable cited references from their first issues to the present (dating as far back as 1900). Funded in part by the Class of 2005.

Publishers include Harvard University Press, Oxford University Press, AMACOM, and more. Titles are also available through the Bryant catalog.

eBooks- JSTOR B Z

JSTOR offers eBooks from university presses, public policy organizations, independent presses, and Open Access eBooks. Users can search across the full text of eBooks and journals on JSTOR.  All eBook chapters work just like the journal articles on JSTOR, with PDF downloads. Titles are also available through the Bryant catalog. Bryant’s access to JSTOR eBooks is made available through JSTOR’s generosity during the pandemic and ends June 30, 2021.

The Economist Intelligence Unit features economic and political coverage of over 50 countries around the world, including risk analysis, key industry insights, and Country Commerce reports.


Eldis provides free access to relevant, up-to-date and diverse research on international development issues. This database includes over 50,000 summaries and provides free links to full-text research and policy documents from over 8,000 publishers. Use the Key Issues Guides to get a concise introduction to key development issues such as: nutrition, health systems in fragile and conflict affected settings, gender, climate change, and poverty.

Endnote enables users to track references in multiple groups if you are working on more than one project or paper at once. The "Cite While You Write" plugin allows you to insert references and format papers instantly in Microsoft Word.

This enables you to log in from any IP address for one year. Every time you login from a computer with an authorized IP address, your token will reset your remote access for another year.
